The Sarap Pinggang Pinoy Meal is based on the FNRI’s Pinggang Pinoy, the newly developed food guide that is easy-to-understand. It is a simple guide that shows the proportion of Go, Grow, and Glow foods to maintain a healthy body. The Pinggang Pinoy can be used as guide when eating outside.
